At Sweet Pea Couture, your privacy is important to us! All personal information is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Please feel free to contact us with questions and concerns.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
We rarely encounter the need for customer returns, however, we do want to work with you to resolve any issue you may have. We will accept items in their original and unused condition for refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Clothing must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all tags attached. If an item has been worn or has been washed, it is not eligible for a return. Returns on any and all merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise with any type of customization, special order, special fabric, or any and all custom requests are not eligible for returns.
Custom Designed Purchases
Do to the nature of the items, custom, all sales are final. We do however want to make our customers as happy as we can and if there is something wrong with the item received, incorrect colors, measurements, etc. we would be more than willing to work out a scenario. At Sweet Pea Couture our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because some of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable.
Non-Custom Designed Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Sweet Pea Couture within 5 business days of receiving your order. All returns can be exchanged for an item or items of equal or greater value with another item in our store. We do offer full refunds on most of our items. In order to do the exchange and or refund, you must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at: babypea@telus.net. All exchanges must be unused and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. If you fail to notify Sweet Pea Couture of your desire to replace your purchase within the 5 business day window, or if Sweet Pea Couture suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Sweet Pea Couture will either issue an exchange credit for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card/paypal account used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no exchanges or credit after 5 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Sweet Pea Couture. All shipping charges are the customer`s responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your credit. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Once you place your order online you will make your choice of shipping method and this cost will be added to your order by your shopping cart. If you have any questions regarding SHIPPING please contact us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE.

customers within our area may pick up there orders and no shipping fee will be charged. Please be advised that it is your responsiblity to contact us via phone or e-mail (see below) to make the necessary pick up arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE - to our customers in the U.S.A you are responsible for any duty and/or taxes that your country's customs office may impose on your order. Please allow for extra shipping time in the event that your item is delayed in customs.
